  1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and bake them at 200°C for about 60 minutes.

  2. Cut the baked potatoes open and mash the inside slightly.

  3. Add butter, salt, and cheese, then mix well.

  4. Top with your favorite ingredients and serve.

Brushing potatoes with lightly salted water before baking helps achieve a better skin texture.
